Schedule:
Travel position, flexible assignment
Qualifications:
Active RN license Experience in medical-surgical oncology preferred Proficient understanding of cancer pathophysiology Strong assessment, care planning, and evaluation abilities
Responsibilities:
Conduct ongoing assessments and deliver skilled nursing care per physician orders and best practice standards Provide comprehensive patient care including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and assistance with transfers and alarms Collaborate with healthcare teams to evaluate treatment plans, integrating the latest patient assessments to enhance care outcomes Accurately process physician/provider orders and deliver timely, complete care Proactively follow up on medication changes and order clarifications to ensure patient safety
