Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment; flexible scheduling options may be available
Qualifications & Experience:
Active RN license in good standing Recent acute care experience in Med-Surg Oncology required Strong IV, central line, and chemo administration skills preferred Excellent communication and patient education abilities BLS certification (required);
ONS/ONCC
certification (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to oncology patients on a med-surg unit Administer chemotherapy and manage treatment side effects Monitor patients' conditions and coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams Provide education and emotional support to patients and families Document assessments and interventions with accuracy and timeliness
