Desired Qualifications:
Active license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program Current BLS and ACLS certifications One year or more of recent clinical experience as an RRT preferred Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing healthcare environments
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality respiratory care and therapy to patients across all age groups Set up, operate, and monitor respiratory equipment including ventilators and oxygen systems Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care Perform assessments, develop care plans, and educate patients and families on treatment Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to established protocols
