Shift Options:
Rotating shifts 36 hours guaranteed | 3 x 12-hour shifts 48 hours guaranteed | 4 x 12-hour shiftsQualifications:
Current Respiratory Therapy license in the State of Hawaii. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Current, valid certifications in BLS/HCP, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (must remain valid through duration of contract). At least three years of full-time respiratory therapy experience across all phases of care. Minimum of two years of acute care experience, covering adults, children, and newborns, prior to travel assignments. Prior experience in similarly-sized medical centers (500+ beds, Level 1 Trauma Center) highly desirable. Compliance documentation must be submitted and approved 10 days prior to contract start. Requested Time Off (RTO) during the initial contract is limited to 7 days, Wednesday to Wednesday.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients across the lifespan, including critical adults, pediatrics, and neonates. Operate advanced respiratory equipment and perform diagnostics in a Level 1 Trauma setting. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
