As a Registered Respiratory Therapist in an advanced, 240-bed acute care facility, you'll collaborate with a skilled team of 15 RTs, working with the latest Hamilton G5 equipment and the Meditech EMR system. The supportive, well-tenured staff values teamwork, insight, and autonomy—ideal for professionals striving to expand their skills and grow within respiratory therapy. Professionals on this assignment will gain exposure to NICU and ICU teams, take key roles in therapy and ventilatory management, and strengthen their clinical experience across a spectrum of patient populations. You'll deepen your expertise through engaging with diverse unit guidelines and leadership styles, enhancing your resume while absorbing best practices from seasoned clinicians.

Minimum 6 months of current acute care hospital RRT experience Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications CRT or NBRC credential Team-oriented, collaborative personality Prior Meditech experience, andPICU/NICU

Administer and monitor respiratory treatments Set up ventilators; assist with intubation and liberation Conduct ABGs, patient/staff education, and comprehensive RT therapies Practice across ED, Peds, ICU, NICU, and Med/Surg settings Exercise clinical autonomy and initiative, especially in critical care unitsAttractive Benefits:
