Professionals on this assignment will gain exposure to NICU and ICU teams, take key roles in therapy and ventilatory management, and strengthen their clinical experience across a spectrum of patient populations. Desired Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of current acute care hospital RRT experience Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications CRT or NBRC credential Team-oriented, collaborative personality Prior Meditech experience, and

PICU/NICU

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and monitor respiratory treatments Set up ventilators; assist with intubation and liberation Conduct ABGs, patient/staff education, and comprehensive RT therapies Practice across ED, Peds, ICU, NICU, and Med/Surg settings Exercise clinical autonomy and initiative, especially in critical care units
