Schedule/Hours:
Travel position with flexible scheduling aligned to facility needs.Desired Qualifications:
Valid credentials as a Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapist. Previous hands-on experience in hospital or acute care preferred. Familiarity with cardiopulmonary diagnostics and respiratory support equipment. Strong assessment and patient communication skills. Ability to educate patients of all ages and interact effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.Key Responsibilities:
Assess, treat, and care for patients of all ages with respiratory and pulmonary conditions. Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic testing to evaluate respiratory status. Set up and operate cardiopulmonary equipment and machines for assisted breathing, monitoring, and emergency intervention. Observe, record, and report patient symptoms, reactions, and progress. Administer prescribed medications and procedures while maintaining accurate, clear records. Perform airway management, including intubations, extubations, tracheostomy care, and pulmonary hygiene. Deliver emergency life support measures when needed. Provide comprehensive health education to patients and the broader community.Benefits & Perks:
