Schedule:

Three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Rotating weekends required

Qualifications:

Valid and current credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist Advanced clinical skill set in critical care and emergency respiratory therapy Proficient in aerosol therapy, Ventilator/BiPAP management ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required Experience with equipment such as Puritan Bennet 980 ventilators, Vapotherm, Phillips V60+, and Seimens EPOC bedside ABG analyzers Familiarity with the Meditech documentation system preferred

Responsibilities:

Perform, monitor, and document a full range of respiratory therapy procedures Manage ventilators, BiPAP, and other advanced respiratory devices Rotate throughout all inpatient units, including two 10-bed ICUs, providing support for intubation, arterial line insertion, and bronchoscopy assistance Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members in daily rounds to develop and implement patient care plans Provide exceptional patient experiences using AIDET communication techniques Uphold high standards of care in alignment with core values of compassion, integrity, and teamwork
