11:00•23:30Nights:
19:00•07:30 Every Other Weekend required; Flexible shift rotations; Holiday rotation possible; Shared responsibilities for floating between sister facilities within a short drive.Qualifications:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required ValidBLS, ACLS, PALS
certifications; NRP for NICU Minimum two years of respiratory care experience Experience treating adults, pediatrics, and NICU patients (Level II NICU experience strongly preferred) Comfort with all specialties: ICU, MICU, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, ER Willingness to float between units and sister facilities as needed Familiarity with Drager V500, Hamilton, ReVel, V60s, Vapotherm, and EPOC equipmentKey Responsibilities:
Conducting respiratory assessments and treatments for a broad patient population Handling ABGs (radial or brachial) Assisting in intubations Managing and operating advanced respiratory equipment Collaborating with hospitalists, intensivists, and supervisory staff Maintaining flexibility for shift adjustments, floating, and occasional callOutstanding Benefits:
