Schedule:
3x12-hour day shifts each week Each shift is followed by a night of on-call coverage
Qualifications & Experience:
Registered Respiratory Therapist credentials required Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility Strong proficiency with ventilators (Draeger & Hamilton T1) Experience with high-flow nasal cannula devices (F&P Classic & Airvo 3) Familiarity with Philips
V60 BPAP/CPAP
; basic knowledge of ResMed AirSense/AirCurve home units preferred Reliable, flexible, and able to manage a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, compassionate respiratory care in both inpatient and outpatient settings Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot a variety of ventilatory and respiratory therapy devices Assess patient respiratory status and adjust therapy as needed Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergent respiratory situations
