Current registration as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Proven experience in critical care and ventilator management Thorough understanding of respiratory care procedures, equipment, and relevant regulations Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient education skills Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to evidence-based carePrimary Responsibilities:
