Key Qualifications:

Active license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) BLS certification (Adult, Pediatric, Neonatal) Proven experience with mechanical ventilation and advanced respiratory modalities Proficiency in managing electronic health records and medication administration systems Commitment to high-quality patient care and professional standards

Position Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy to inpatients, outpatients, staff, and affiliated groups Administer aerosol treatments, CPT/Flutter/PEP mask, MDI, incentive spirometry, suctioning, and extubation procedures Manage oxygen therapy (tanks and approved devices), BiPAP/CPAP, high-flow cannula, cough assist, and related alarms Conduct pulmonary function screening, fit testing, pulse oximetry, and both adult/pediatric EKGs Perform arterial puncture/blood gas analysis and ensure quality control in laboratory procedures Utilize healthcare information, medication administration, and dispensing systems effectively Document all procedures, uphold departmental standards, and assist with in-service programs
