Job Description

Schedule & Unit Details:
12-hour night shifts Every other holiday required Every other weekend required C3MS/Oncology Unit Professional Growth & Role Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, high-quality care by conducting assessments, forming care plans, administering medications, and evaluating patient outcomes in collaboration with the care team. Manage complex patients with multisystem organ failure or trauma, anticipating and adapting to rapidly changing conditions. Serve as the main point of care coordination and a strong advocate for patients and families, collaborating with key support services. Apply evidence-based practices, use critical judgement, and ensure continuity of care. Apply advanced skills, including managing chest tubes, hemodynamic monitoring, transvenous pacing, and conscious sedation. Mentor and educate peers using quality improvement indicators, staying current with educational opportunities and best practices. Uphold strict safety, infection control, and privacy standards.Qualifications:
Active RN license in state of practice or through compact agreement (required) BLS certification (required upon hire), ACLS (preferred) 1 year of recent RN experience (required), preferably in an acute care hospital and oncology Successful completion of dysrhythmia exam (study guide provided)EPIC EHR
experience and specialty certifications (CCRN, PCCN, NIH Stroke) preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skillsTravel Assignment Perks:
