Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of Alabama or compact license Minimum of 1 year recent clinical experience in a Rehab/LTC setting BLS certification required; additional certifications a plus Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly and work well within interdisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care across rehabilitation and long-term care populations Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans collaboratively with physicians and allied health providers Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient progress Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and ongoing care needs Accurately document observations and care activities
