Key Qualifications:
Current, valid RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Rehab or Long-Term Care settings BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent) Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt to new environments and team dynamics
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in rehab or long-term care Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and document care according to regulations Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on individualized care plans Provide patient and family education to support positive outcomes Uphold safety and infection control protocols at all times
