Schedule:
Full-time travel assignment Flexible rotation, including some weekends and holidays as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care to individuals in rehab and long-term care settings Monitor patient progress, update care plans, and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Administer medications, perform assessments, and provide wound care Educate patients and families about treatment plans and ongoing care Support a culture of safety, compassion, and respect for patient dignity
Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum of one year experience in rehab or long-term care nursing BLS certification (required) Strong communication, organization, and team collaboration abilities
