Schedule Night shift:

3x12-hour shifts per week 36 guaranteed hours weekly Rotating weekends Role Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to rehab and LTC patients utilizing the nursing process. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive patient treatment. Maintain accurate patient documentation using the

EPIC EMR.

Uphold patient rights, confidentiality, and hospital service standards. Evaluate effectiveness of care as part of a team, mentoring and guiding care partners as needed.
