Key Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of experience in Rehab and/or Long-Term Care Current BLS certification required Experience using EPIC electronic medical record preferred Demonstrated commitment to patient rights and confidentiality Adaptability to standard float assignments Compliance with dress code: black scrubs onlyCore Responsibilities:
Deliver skilled, patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary departments for optimal outcomes Supervise care delivery by other direct caregivers, ensuring professional standards Maintain compliance with facility standards, values, and mission Uphold confidentiality and advocate for patient rights at all times Evaluate and document patient responses and care effectivenessBenefits and Perks:
