Qualifications & Experience:
Active and unrestricted RN license Minimum of one year recent experience in rehab or long-term care BLS/CPR certification (current) Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to adapt to new environments and handle diverse patient populationsResponsibilities:
Deliver patient-centered care in rehabilitation and long-term care units Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and follow individualized care plans Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and medication administration Educate patients and families on care techniques Ensure compliance with facility protocols and standards of careSchedule:
