Three 12-hour shifts per week Two on-call shifts weekly Holiday and on-call coverage required

Key Qualifications:

Active RN license; Emergency Room experience required Previous Critical Access Hospital (CAH) experience strongly preferred Current certifications:

ACLS, PALS

(or equivalent), TNCC, ATLS, CEN Ability to independently coordinate care from admission to discharge, utilizing clinical pathways Strong decision-making and communication skills Willingness to work holidays and participate in the on-call rotation

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care for Emergency Department admissions and discharges Adhere to clinical standards and emergency protocols for trauma and cardiac cases Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and hospital policies
