Schedule:

Night shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM 36 hours per week

On-call:

One shift per week Weekends and holidays: As needed

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department RN experience (5+ years preferred) Experience in large facility strongly preferred Active KS or compact RN license BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications required Comfort with occasional floating to other units New graduates are not accepted

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult and pediatric ER patients Rapidly triage, assess, and administer treatments following best practice protocols Attend to emergencies with poise, precision, and a patient-centered approach Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest patient safety standards Maintain accurate records and participate in ongoing facility training and orientation
