As a travel RN specializing in Home Health and Hospice, this assignment offers not only the professional reward of caring for patients in their most personal environment, but also the opportunity to expand your clinical expertise through exposure to unique workplace practices and collaborative care models. With this 13-week travel placement, you'll enhance your résumé while learning from experienced clinicians specializing in chronic disease management, symptom support, and end-of-life care. Your time off invites exploration—relax in local parks, discover nearby cultural attractions, and savor the flavors of the Midwest. Schedule/Hours 40 guaranteed hours per week 10-hour day shifts (8:00-18:00) Rotating blocks: Thurs-Sun or Sat-Tues No on-call/call back required Key Qualifications Active WI RN license BLS (American Heart Association) certification Valid driver's license Minimum 1-2 years home health and hospice RN experience Recent OASIS proficiency Experience with Epic charting system Skillful in wound care, IV administration, chronic disease management (CHF, COPD, Diabetes, Cancer, Stroke) Able to independently manage a 1:1 adult patient ratio Physically able to drive, manage stairs/uneven landscapes, and work in varied home environments Responsibilities Conduct home admissions, death visits, hospice symptom management Provide compassionate care to adults 18+ managing chronic and terminal conditions Ensure accurate, timely documentation in line with OASIS and Epic requirements Demonstrate adaptability and resilience amidst frequent schedule or case changes Maintain professional appearance (plain, well-maintained scrubs) Comply with current
