Schedule/Hours Travel assignment Shifts and details provided during the interview process What you'll bring: Current and unrestricted RN license 1+ years of recent Med/Surg nursing experience strongly preferred Proven ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care independently Skilled in providing care across various age groups Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment What you'll do: Coordinate and deliver comprehensive Med/Surg nursing care for diverse patients Serve as a clinical and educational resource for patients, families, and staff Carry out thorough patient assessments, implement individualized care plans, and evaluate treatment outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care Provide mentorship and support to peers and ancillary staff Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional standards at all times
