This opportunity places you in a collaborative environment on the Davenport5 unit, which includes a 15-bed medical-surgical unit and an 8-bed surgical stepdown, focusing on post-operative care following surgeries such as general, GYN, vascular, thoracic, urology, oral, plastics, and trauma. Nurses here gain hands-on experience with diverse patient acuity, floating between units, and engaging with experienced teams using advanced systems like EPIC charting. You'll further distinguish your resume by working with various clinical scenarios and adopting best practices in telemetry and post-op care—all while enjoying valuable adventures in a city packed with museums, festivals, and nearby nature escapes. Schedule/Hours Nights & Every Other Weekend, 36 hours/week All day positions require rotating shifts (7a-7p, 11a-11p, 7p-7a) Night shift rotation not required Qualifications Active Massachusetts RN License AHA BLS certification Minimum 2 years recent Med/Surg or Stepdown RN experience Proficiency reading telemetry strips (required) Skilled in managing chest tubes, NGT, epidurals,
