Travel assignment Full-time hours; specific scheduling details provided with placement
Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license (California) Minimum of one year recent experience in Medical-Surgical (RN-MS) setting Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities Current BLS certification; additional certifications a plus Effective communication and patient-centered care focus Flexibility and drive to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients on medical-surgical units Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document electronic medical records accurately Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and discharge instructions Adhere to all facility policies and regulatory guidelines Support a culture of safety, excellence, and compassionate care
