Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Delivering quality, compassionate nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients Performing comprehensive assessments and ongoing monitoring of patient conditions Administering medications and treatments according to protocol Collaborating closely with physicians and ancillary staff to optimize care plans Accurately documenting all care activities and changes in patient status Responding promptly to acute changes and emergencies, using sound clinical judgment
Ideal Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania or compact license At least one year of recent experience in a medical-surgical unit Demonstrated proficiency in patient assessment and clinical interventions Strong communication and teamwork skills Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (additional certifications preferred)
