Schedule/Hours:
13-week assignment 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM shifts No on-call required
Required Qualifications:
Current RN license (valid for Texas or compact states) Minimum of one year Med Surg nursing experience preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Strong patient care skills and ability to adapt to new environments Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for med-surg patients Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimum outcomes Document patient information accurately in the medical record Respond promptly to changes in patient condition Foster a safe and compassionate patient environment
