Responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized care plans Delivering safe, evidence-based medical/surgical nursing interventions Accurately monitoring patient outcomes, administering and evaluating treatment Maintaining thorough documentation in accordance with hospital protocols Collaborating with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff Floating to units within scope of practice as needed

Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ASN or BSN) Valid RN license (compact or Kansas) Current BLS certification (ACLS & PALS can be obtained after hire) New grads are welcome; professional, adaptable, and compassionate candidates prioritized
