Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years MS RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Schedule/Hours:

Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care on the nursing unit under supervision. Utilize the Nursing Process to complete comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based care plans, documenting at each step. Implement treatment plans and monitor patients' responses, updating care pathways as needed. Oversee and delegate aspects of care to unit staff, ensuring each element of the patient's plan is executed with precision. Engage with a range of patient populations, including oncology, observation, hospice, and surgical cases. Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned within the department.
Required Qualifications:
Current, active RN license Recent experience in a medical-surgical nursing environment Ability to coordinate and supervise care, with strong organizational and communication skills
