Schedule/Hours:
Travel position Floating required within the region as needed Orientation includes general and department-specific onboarding
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Respiratory Therapy Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) Active NC licensure
BLS, ACLS
required; PALS and NRP for Resource Team roles Proficiency in critical care, CVICU, NICU (no pediatric), Emergency Department, progressive care, and all floor therapies Open to first-time travelers
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver expert respiratory care to adult and NICU patients (excluding pediatric) Provide care across various settings including emergency, critical, and progressive care units Operate advanced EMR systems (EPIC) and respiratory equipment such as Servo ventilators, Trilogy, ResMed AirCurve, HiFlow, and others Float between facilities within Region 2 as operationally required (including travel time compensation mid-shift) Actively contribute to a supportive team environment centered on trust, communication, and shared values
