Essential Qualifications:

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Current state respiratory care practitioner license BLS and ACLS certifications required Demonstrated experience with ventilator management, both invasive and non-invasive Proficient in airway management techniques including tracheostomy and endotracheal tube care Strong background in interpreting chest x-rays, performing arterial blood gas analysis, and EKGs Experience in acute or rehabilitation settings highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients, recommend individual treatment plans, and conduct physician-prescribed therapies Operate ventilatory, oxygen, nebulizer, and chest physiotherapy equipment Perform oropharyngeal, nasal, and tracheal suctioning as clinically indicated Conduct oximetry and capnography monitoring, pulmonary function tests, and 12-lead EKGs Support procedures such as bronchoscopy, chest tube, and PleurX catheter placement Provide tracheostomy care, insertion and removal, in both emergent and routine situations Execute arterial punctures for blood gas analysis, monitor and report results promptly Maintain lab testing standards for specimen handling, equipment usage, reporting, and documentation Participate in cardiopulmonary resuscitation efforts following

BLS/ACLS

Complete accurate and timely respiratory therapy record-keeping, assessments, and shift hand-offs Coordinate with physicians and colleagues to optimize patient outcomes and therapy efficiency Assist in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Perform all additional duties as assigned to support patient care Take the next step in your respiratory therapy career and contribute to a high standards of care in a dynamic setting. to make a meaningful impact on patients' recovery journeys.
