06/08 16-week assignment Rotating shifts (3x12-hour shifts, 36 hours guaranteed; or 4x12-hour shifts, 48 hours guaranteed) Requested Time Off (RTO) limited to a maximum of 7 days, Wednesday through Wednesday, during the initial contract period

Qualifications:

Active Respiratory Therapy license in the State of Hawaii Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) Current certifications: BLS/HCP, ACLS, PALS, and NRP Minimum of three (3) years full-time staff RT experience in all phases of respiratory therapy At least two (2) years acute care experience with adults, children, and newborns prior to any travel assignments Experience in a comparable size medical center (500+ beds, Level 1 Trauma Center) highly preferred Compliance requirements must be fulfilled no later than 10 days prior to contract start date

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive respiratory care to diverse patient populations, including adults, pediatrics, and neonates Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, contributing to best practices and patient outcomes Monitor and evaluate patient responses, making recommendations for adjustments to therapy plans Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
