Schedule:

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM shifts Every other weekend required

Qualifications:

Registered Respiratory Therapist with valid credentials Current BLS and ACLS certifications Critical care experience required Proficiency in operating BP840 ventilators Experience documenting in Meditech preferred Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver advanced respiratory therapy to critically ill patients Monitor, document, and assess patient status Effectively operate and troubleshoot ventilators and related equipment Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure individualized patient care Uphold safety protocols and unit-specific guidelines Adhere to the required uniform (pewter solid scrubs)
