Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services within school-based, telehealth, and home health settings Develop and implement effective treatment plans addressing gross motor skills and daily living activities Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to ensure optimal student outcomes Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and educational guidelines Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute insights as a valued team member

Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist in California (or eligible to obtain) Demonstrated skills with gross motor development and school-based OT intervention Adaptability and comfort working across teletherapy, healthcare, home, and school settings Strong organizational and communication abilities Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience is a plus
