Key Qualifications:
Master's or higher degree in School Psychology or related field Valid state licensure or eligibility in School Psychology Experience conducting psychological assessments, developing intervention plans, and providing counseling services in a school setting Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to quickly build rapport with students, educators, and families
Responsibilities:
Administer psychological evaluations and interpret results for educational planning Provide direct therapy and intervention to students as needed Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success Contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Promote positive learning environments and advocate for student well-being
