Key Qualifications:
Valid SLPA license in Washington state. Experience in school-based or healthcare settings. Fluent in both English and Spanish (bilingual required). Prior work with pediatric populations, especially preschool through 6th grade, strongly valued. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of an SLP to preschool-6th grade students. Implement intervention plans and document progress. Support the development and carryover of communication skills in the classroom and other educational settings. Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to foster student goals. Adapt and translate therapy materials as needed for Spanish-speaking students and families.
