Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current SLP license for the state of Maryland, or eligibility to obtain Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Comfortable working with K-12 caseloads Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Work in partnership with teachers, families, and school staff to support student outcomes Maintain accurate records and document student progress Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team collaboration
