Qualifications & Experience:

Certification or training in Surgical Technology or related field required Previous experience in perioperative, operating room settings preferred Proficiency in maintaining sterile fields and anticipating surgical team needs Adaptability to different surgical specialties and techniques Strong communication and organizational abilities Commitment to patient safety and quality care

Responsibilities:

Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are sterile and ready Maintain strict sterile technique and patient safety before, during, and after operations Pass surgical instruments and assist surgeons with efficiency and precision Recognize and anticipate needs of the surgical team across all procedure types Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other medical staff
