Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required Previous experience as a Nursing - ORT or Surgical Tech in a hospital or surgical center setting Proficiency in standard surgical instrumentation, sterile technique, and OR protocols Strong communicator with adaptability in fast-paced environments Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality care

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain operating rooms, ensuring all instruments and supplies are sterile and ready Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures, anticipating needs for instruments and materials Monitor and enforce sterile field at all times Manage pre-op and post-op equipment setup and breakdown Foster collaboration within a multidisciplinary surgical team
