Key Qualifications:

Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred Demonstrated experience in an operating room environment Strong understanding of sterile technique and patient safety Proven ability to assist efficiently with all surgical specialties and procedures Exceptional teamwork, organization, and communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

Prepare the operating room with appropriate supplies, equipment, and instrumentation Maintain a sterile field throughout surgical procedures Pass surgical instruments and supplies to the surgeon and surgical team Assist with patient positioning, draping, and prepping as needed Ensure all equipment is properly sterilized and accounted for before, during, and after procedures
