Competitive weekly pay + travel stipend About the Opportunity We are seeking passionate and adaptable Special Education Teachers for travel assignments throughout the Denver metro area. This opportunity is perfect for educators looking to expand their experience, work in supportive school environments, and enjoy everything Denver has to offer during the school year. Travel educators will support K-12 students in a variety of classroom settings while collaborating with school teams to provide individualized academic and behavioral support. Responsibilities Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide specialized instruction based on student learning needs Collaborate with teachers, therapists, administrators, and families Maintain student progress reports and required documentation Support inclusive classroom practices and accommodations Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Create a positive, structured learning environment Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education Active Special Education teaching license Colorado certification or eligibility for reciprocity preferred Experience with IEPs and classroom management Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt to new school settings and student populations Preferred Experience Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Emotional/Behavioral Support Resource and Self-Contained Classrooms Elementary, Middle, or High School caseloads Benefits Competitive weekly compensation Travel stipend Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) eligibility Licensing and credentialing support Dedicated recruiter assistance throughout assignment Why Denver?
