Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active SLP licensure in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain) Certification of Clinical Competency (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills Passion for fostering children's academic and personal growth
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to enhance students' learning outcomes Document progress and maintain accurate records Participate in IEP team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary collaboration
