Desired Qualifications:
Valid SLPA license and eligibility to practice in the state of Virginia Prior experience in a school setting preferred but not required Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families
Key Responsibilities:
Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing therapy plans Support students in developing essential speech and language skills Document student progress and maintain accurate records Provide direct therapy under the supervision and guidance of the supervising SLP Collaborate with fellow staff to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
