Schedule/Hours:
7:00 AM - 7:30 PM shifts Rotating schedule with every other or every third holiday coverage As a Registered Nurse specializing in stepdown care, you will enjoy the fulfilling challenge of working with patients who require close monitoring and expert attention as they transition from critical care. This assignment is perfect for nurses eager to expand their knowledge and make a meaningful impact while exploring new surroundings.
Desired Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license Experience in stepdown or intermediate care required Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills Proficiency with electronic medical records and monitoring equipment Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to stepdown patients, including assessment, monitoring, and medication administration Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Educate patients and families regarding care transitions and recovery processes Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and initiate appropriate interventions Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high safety standards
