Desired Qualifications:

Current RN license (compact state or Indiana) Minimum of 1 year recent Stepdown or progressive care experience BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills Ability to work collaboratively and delegate appropriately Excellent communication and patient education abilities
