Schedule:
24 hours per week 7:00am - 7:30pm shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional care for stepdown patients, monitoring vital signs and managing complex interventions. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate safe and seamless patient transitions. Implement evidence-based nursing practices, promptly adapting to evolving patient needs. Educate patients and families, ensuring understanding and participation in care plans. Document patient progress and interventions with precision and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Valid RN license in good standing. Minimum of one year recent Stepdown or progressive care experience. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
