Travel position, shift details provided upon interviewQualifications & Experience:
Active RN license (state-specific or compact) BLS and ACLS certifications required 1-2 years of recent stepdown/PCU nursing experience preferred Experience with transplant patients a plus Strong critical thinking and assessment skillsResponsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to stepdown and transplant PCU patients Monitor and assess patient status, responding to evolving care needs Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement patient care plans Administer medications and manage IV therapies Educate patients and families on treatment and recoveryBenefits & Perks:
