Active RN license required. BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory. Must have a minimum of 2 years of documented recent experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in a similarly sized facility. Prior experience in a 28-bedPCU/IMCU
with a cardiac population highly preferred. Proficient with cardiac drips (Milrinone, Dobutamine, Pressors) and telemetry assignments. Experience managing STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, and chest pain cases.Responsibilities:
Care for cardiac patients in a fast-paced, 28-bedPCU/IMCU
environment (nurse-patient ratio 1:3-4). Manage and monitor cardiac drips as well as telemetry patients with variable acuity. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care. Accurately document patient status, assessments, and interventions. Participate in professional development and quality initiatives.Benefits and Perks:
