Travel contract, full-time hoursDesired Experience & Qualifications:
Current RN licensure in Indiana (or compact state) Proven experience in Stepdown/Progressive Care preferred Familiarity with all aspects of the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical-thinking skills BLS and ACLS certifications required Adaptability to fast-paced, collaborative environmentsKey Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and families Deliver safe, timely care utilizing evidence-based standards and the latest technology Facilitate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges Communicate changes in patient condition and coordinate care with healthcare team members Participate in quality improvement and unit-based initiatives Mentor new staff and foster a positive, healing environmentExceptional Benefits:
