Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Current RN licensure in Indiana (or compact state) Proven experience in Stepdown/Progressive Care preferred Familiarity with all aspects of the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical-thinking skills BLS and ACLS certifications required Adaptability to fast-paced, collaborative environments

Key Responsibilities:
