Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, skilled care to stepdown patients as a valued member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Float to local campuses within the same discipline as patient census requires. Document patient information accurately using

EPIC EMR.

Participate in charge or preceptor roles as needed.

Qualifications:

Current RN license with stepdown experience required. Strong clinical assessment and acute care skills. Team-oriented with flexibility to adapt to multiple work environments. Ability to float between local campuses.
