Travel assignment Adherence to a strict 3-strike attendance policy for optimal patient care and team collaboration

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Michigan or compact state BLS and ACLS certifications required Two or more years of recent stepdown or cardiovascular nursing experience strongly preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to work collaboratively in a high-acuity environment Commitment to exceptional attendance and patient-first care

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to cardiovascular and stepdown patients Monitor and respond to complex post-operative cardiac and electrophysiology cases Administer medications, manage patient assessments, and execute critical interventions Participate in ongoing clinical research and contribute to national trials Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team devoted to achieving outstanding patient outcomes
